The first option is our Catalog Sales Campaign. Your students and volunteers make sales, from our 12 page catalog, to their neighbors, friends and family members. The ARTideal sales catalog showcases over 170 high quality posters displaying a variety of subject matter and a diverse offering of artistic styles. All posters in our catalog are $10. Your organization collects 40% of all catalog sales revenue. Our Catalog Sales Campaigns generally last for two weeks. Depending on the size of your group, you could collect up to $30,000 during a Catalog Sales Campaign! For youth centered groups such as schools and sports teams, we include a FREE incentive program which provides prizes to your students for increasing levels of sales generated.
The second option is our Affiliate Code Campaign. Your organization is issued an “Affiliate Code” for use on the ARTideal website. Your students and volunteers distribute product information with your organization’s Affiliate Code, and encourage their friends and family members to visit the ARTideal website. Your organization then receives 25% of the sales generated under your organization’s Affiliate Code during the Affiliate Code Campaign, which can last up to one year. Prices for posters and art prints on the website are very competitive ranging from $6.00 to over $2,000.00. Our Affiliate Code Campaign has the potential to raise thousands of dollars for your organization.
The third option is our Email Campaign. The Email Campaign is primarily for use by large non-profit organizations that have developed email lists of organization members and supporters that they can easily access. Your organization is issued an Affiliate Code, after which you contact your members and supporters via an email message describing your fundraising activity and goals. Your members are informed that a percentage of the sales proceeds generated under your Affiliate Code are retained by your organization to help meet your fundraising needs. You continue to periodically contact your members and supporters by email to inform them of your progress toward your goal, and to remind them to participate in your campaign. You can also encourage them to bring in their friends and family members to benefit your organization simply by forwarding your email information to their own list of contacts, widening the circle of supporters for your organization. You can also market your campaign via a link to the ARTideal website from your website, and through newsletters, or other types of communications to your supporters.
We will work with you to figure out the best option or combination of options to fit the needs of your organization and maximize your returns from your fundraiser. For school programs and youth based organizations, we suggest that you consider a combination of the first and second options described above, which tend to provide the maximum efforts by your students and team members. Your organization will receive the maximum 40% return from your two week catalog sales effort. If you choose to use the Affiliate Code Campaign you can extend your fundraiser an additional ten to twelve months yielding 25% of retail sales from the ARTideal website.
